Passing of Center Drive Block Captain

It is with deep regret that we must inform you of the passing of Clarence “Chuck” Evans who died Monday March 30th at his home. Chuck served as block captain of the Center Drive Neighborhood Watch for several years and was instrumental in getting the group organized. He remained active until his recent passing.
